Order Processing - Shipping:

Here is a brief summary of how YOUR ORDER will be processed, how it will be shipped, and the length of time it should take to get to your front door.
There are three steps to our Internet order processing:

Step 1: Internet orders are typically processed within 48 business hours (Mon.-Fri.).

Step 2: Orders are usually shipped from Euro Synthetic Oils warehouses within one or two business days. Most orders are shipped via Federal Express (FedEx) and you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). This message comes directly from FedEx and may take 24 hours from the time products are picked up and scanned. Sometimes these FedEx emails, with tracking numbers, may not reach you, but do not worry, your order will have been processed and shipped nevertheless.

Step 3: FedEx rushes the order to you as quickly as possible.
Allowing time for these three steps, we estimate that you should receive your shipment within 4-8 business days. If you have not received your order within 8 days, please contact us by e-mail at: questions@eurosyntheticoils.com or by phone at 877-435-3645.

Euro Synthetic Oils accepts all major credit cards; VISA, MASTER CARD, and DISCOVER. We also accept PayPal.
NO shipment will be made to P.O. Boxes. A verified street address is required.
Sales tax of 6.5% will be charged on all State of Ohio shipments.
We ship to 48 states in the U.S. main land. For residents in Hawaii, Alaska and Canada, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us for before ordering.
Euro Synthetic Oils ships brand new and undamaged products. Euro Synthetic Oils disclaims any warranties, express or implied. In no event is Euro Synthetic Oils liable for any consequential or incidental damages or loss. Our limitation of liability shall be in all cases no greater than the purchase price of the product(s).
RETURNS: In order to maintain quality control of oil packaging, there is NO RETURN of purchases. Therefore, please make certain your purchase is correct. Any returns will be refused. We do issue RMAs (Return Merchandise Authority) in rare circumstances in which we have erred.
All Sales are Final! Please make sure that you have purchased what you want.
